Software licenses
Expert Advisor licenses are digital products. Once a license key has been issued or the EA has been installed on your account, the license fee is non-refundable.
Before delivery
If you cancel before your license key is issued and before any setup work starts, contact us and we will review a refund of the amount paid, less any payment fees.
Technical issues
If the EA cannot run on your broker or account because of a problem on our side, we will first try to fix it. If we cannot, we will discuss a fair solution, including a partial or full refund.
Trading results
Refunds are not given because of trading losses or results that differ from backtests, since trading results depend on market conditions and risk choices.
How to ask
Email support@techvistasolutions.in with your invoice number and the reason. We reply within five business days.
