About these terms

These terms apply to fx.techvistasolutions.in and to Expert Advisor licenses supplied by TechVista Solutions (“TechVista”, “we”). By using the site or a TechVista EA you agree to them.

Licenses

An EA license gives you a personal, non-transferable right to run the software on the MT5 account(s) stated in your invoice or license email. You may not copy, resell, share, decompile or modify the software, or use it on accounts not covered by the license.

Setup and support

Where setup is included, we install and configure MT5 and the EA on a VPS you provide or choose. Support is provided on WhatsApp and email during business hours.

No financial advice

TechVista provides software and education. Nothing on this site or in our communication is investment, financial or tax advice. You decide whether to trade, which broker to use, and what risk to take.

Trading risk

Trading leveraged products carries a high level of risk and you can lose all invested capital. Results depend on market conditions, broker execution, settings and other factors outside our control. Past or backtested performance does not guarantee future results. See our risk disclosure.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TechVista is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, broker or VPS outages, or indirect losses arising from the use of the software or this site. Our total liability is limited to the license fee you paid.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Questions: support@techvistasolutions.in.
